By accessing or using SendLint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SendLint is an email quality assurance platform that analyzes HTML email content for copy alignment, accessibility compliance, link validation, brand rule adherence, and other quality metrics. The Service processes email content you submit and generates reports based on automated checks.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended API
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the email content you upload to SendLint. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

SendLint provides automated quality checks as a tool to assist your QA process. The Service does not guarantee error-free emails. You are responsible for final review and approval of all email content before sending. SendLint shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance on the Service's analysis results.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
